    Perhaps the most distinctive feature of Athos' work is the ability to understand what the client needs to communicate, and translate it into language that appeals to the consumer. This is especially challenging when the campaign involves multiple partners, such as cooperative campaigns.

    Another aspect of Athos is its expertise in making campaigns for the retail trade. In this case, there will be lot of items and only a small advertising space to fit them into - and the deadline will be tight. When such challenges arise, Athos rises to the occasion.

    And, finally, Athos has a long history with clients who work in technical areas (especially industrial ones). These require a thorough understanding of the concepts involved which is exactly what Athos is good at ie understanding the product before producing the advertisement.     A news monitoring service can also be contracted to generate clippings about the client's areas of expertise and interest. This helps to understand what the media has said about a particular subject or client and is very useful when drawing up a suitable course of action.

    Since many Athos customers operate within the tourism sector, they have naturally developed their own systems for organizing press trips and fam trips.

    These systems cover the whole process: from selection and evaluation of guests, through to partnership with airlines, hotels and others, as well as monitoring and managing the group.

    But the job is not finished when the travelling is over. The results still need to be collected and evaluated.
